Our annual conference Growing With Children has a new name… Camp GWC! (Mark your calendars for April 6, 2019)
Child Start is searching for exceptional presenters to explore best practices and cutting-edge issues that influence young children. Topics are varied and can include curriculum usage and development, social or emotional development, healthy eating or play, special needs, and overall development of young children as well topics geared directly toward the professional growth of early childhood educators and small business owners.
Last year over 300 early childhood professionals and parents attended Camp GWC. This year we are seeking to fill 18, two-hour sessions. Presenters are welcome to present from one to three sessions, each a different title. Classroom sizes are limited to a max of 60 participants and attendees reserve session choices during registration, so presenters have an estimated number before their session even begins!
Benefits of presenting at Camp GWC:
- Opportunity to grow your personal audience and your resume
- Free access to Camp GWC sessions, lunch, and exhibit hall
- Free KDHE in-service hours for presenting and attending
- Discounts on exhibition space
- Small honorariums available to presenters
