As Early Childhood Professional’s, we want to be seen and appreciated for the hard work and dedication it takes to have a career in this field. Sadly, that is not always the case. The stigma that we “just watch” or “just play” with children is detrimental to our growth as an industry. How we do change that? We must position ourselves as the professionals we are! This course is designed to help you think through ECE professional standards. We will focus on how to improve critical thinking, decision making skills, and offers guidance on developing a professional development plan.
