We live in a hurry up world of busy families and busy schedules which often result in stress for everyone involved. There are many ways to help children counter these pressures. Mindfulness, yoga and other techniques will be discussed and practiced in an effort to refine skills needed to help little ones pay attention, calm down and learn how to handle strong feelings. Learning to use deep breathing, relaxation techniques early on can build a sense of well being and lay the foundation for lifelong practice.
