Training Policies
Transfer/Cancellation
To help us serve you effectively, please notify Child Start within one week of the scheduled training if you are unable to attend. We are able to offer one training transfer (child Start, Inc. courses only) per participant each year. Additional missed trainings are not eligible for transfer, and payment for those sessions will be retained with appreciation for your support. Please note that Child Start does not provide refunds for missed courses.
Policies
Trainings begin at listed start time, for both virtual and in-person trainings.
Late attendees will not be allowed in.
No children other than breastfed babies.
You must attend the entire training to receive credit.
We request no food be brought into training rooms.
We are NO longer accepting walk-ins.
Participation Requirements:
Early Childhood Connection trainers may withhold a participant’s certificate for the following reasons:
A participant arriving late or logging on to the training late (or not being visible on camera) for more than 15 minutes.
A participant leaving or logging off before the training is completed.
A participant leaving the training or being off camera for extensive periods of time.
Excessive phone use during the training.
Being disruptive during the training.
