Joel Rodell is a seasoned business development professional with a strong background in building strategic partnerships. Joining Hutton in 2012, he has leveraged his extensive experience in selling and installing commercial playground equipment to enhance service delivery and client relations. His role at Hutton is marked by his ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and foster meaningful collaborations.

As a board member for Child Start, Joel plays a vital role in overseeing program operations, ensuring compliance, and advocating for resources to support children and families. His leadership extends to multiple community organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House of Wichita and the Kansas Aviation Museum, where he contributes to strategic growth and operational excellence.

A committed community advocate, Joel also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Lower Plains Region of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. His strong ties to McConnell Air Force Base, where he holds the Golden Eagle Merit, further demonstrate his dedication to service.

Outside of work, Joel enjoys biking around Sedgwick County Park and spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their two children, Madalyn and Miles. His deep-rooted commitment to his community and family reflects his pursuit of excellence both personally and professionally.
