Eligibility:
- Live in Cowley, Sedgwick, or Sumner County
- Willing to complete entire Child Care Certificate within two years
- Additional requirement for Cowley and Sumner Counties:
- Work in a Child Care Center/Preschool for at least one year prior to application.

Eligibility:
- Live in Butler, Sedgwick, Harvey, or Sumner Counties
- Students must be enrolled in Early Childhood Certificate B qualifying classes to participate
- Student needs to be working in a state licensed facility or family child care program
