Kellie E. Hogan is a distinguished District Court Judge with a rich background in family law and child welfare. She earned her law degree from the University of Kansas and dedicated the first 23 years of her career to Kansas Legal Services, a nonprofit law firm. Since April 2020, Kellie has served as a District Court Judge, currently overseeing cases in the family law department.

As a board member of [Organization], Kellie brings extensive experience in representing children in the foster care system, assisting over 800 families with guardianship matters and completing 1,000 adoptions prior to her judicial appointment. Her current role involves handling divorce and paternity cases, drawing on her deep understanding of family law.

In addition to her judicial duties, Kellie actively contributes to the community through her involvement with the Wichita Public Library Foundation Board and by frequently speaking on topics related to child welfare law, attorney ethics, and grandparent rights. She is also a parishioner at Saint Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
