Anndria O’Beirne

Senior Manager of Global Talent Development

Anndria O’Beirne is a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of experience in talent management and organizational development. Her career includes notable roles such as Senior HR Business Partner for Defense & Space and Boeing Programs at Spirit, and HR Manager positions at both a food & beverage company and Cargill. Anndria holds a B.B.A. in Human Resources from Wichita State University and an MBA from Newman University, and she was recently recognized as one of Wichita Business Journal’s 2024 HR Professionals.

In her current role, Anndria leads a team of five in developing and maintaining programs focused on employee and leadership development, performance management, talent and succession planning, and employee engagement. Her strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with her extensive HR expertise, are instrumental in advancing Child Start’s mission to deliver exceptional programs and services.

Anndria actively contributes to her community through various roles, including serving on the Strategic Planning Committee for USD260, as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters, a Troop Leader with the Girl Scouts, and participating as a Loaned Executive and on the Allocations Committee with United Way.

Outside of her professional and community commitments, Anndria enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
