Becky Pattison Tuttle
City Councilwoman, District 2 | Community Advocate | Public Health Leader
Becky Pattison Tuttle brings over 30 years of experience in public service, community engagement, and public health. Currently serving as the Wichita City Council Member for District 2, she represents approximately 70,000 residents and provides oversight to the City Manager, 18 departments, and a $650 million budget. A tireless advocate for early childhood education, mental health, infrastructure, and the arts, she has also led numerous regional initiatives in health, transportation, water, and economic development.
Becky’s deep commitment to improving community well-being is reflected in her leadership roles on more than 30 local, regional, and state boards and committees—including the Kansas Governor’s Council on Wellness, the Health & Wellness Coalition, and the Wichita Childcare Workgroup. She has received multiple national and state honors, including Child Start’s 2025 Outstanding Advocate Award and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Health Equity Award.
Prior to elected office, Becky held leadership roles with the Greater Wichita YMCA and Sedgwick County Health Department. She holds master’s degrees in Student Development Administration and School Counseling from Appalachian State University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Studies from the University of South Dakota.
