Goal

This program will help keep individuals engaged in becoming licensed by providing materials, mentorship and assistance to help potential caregivers meet health and safety standards, fulfill state licensing requirements, and become part of a professional community of child care providers. By working with local licensing, Colleges, and Workforce partners, we expect this program will not only increase child care slots, but increase quality, educational opportunities and wages for child care professionals.

Eligibility

  • Potential Licensed Family/Group Child Care Home Providers
  • Willingness to become licensed
