Dear Head Start Parents and Caregivers,
Child Start is asking for your help to make sure that we are meeting the needs of the children and families we serve. Below is a survey that will help us to serve you better.
Your feedback counts. The more of you who share your feelings, the more information we will have to make better decisions for you and your children. The survey should only take 10 minutes to complete.
This survey is being administered by the Public Policy and Management Center (PPMC) at Wichita State University. They will collect the data and provide us with an overall report of the findings. Child Start will not be able to see your name or personal information from your responses. Your name or personal information will not be collected, and responses will not be linked with other administrative records.
